ADK Hybrid Module provides offsite construction methods (prefabrication in the factory) with minimum disruption of clinic operation in specially developed advanced capabilities for healthcare facilities. The modular prefabricated building by ADK Modulraum offers in design and construction a perfection that exceeds all expectations and is absolutely equivalent to traditional construction methods.

Prefabrication This process allows producing a building offsite in controlled factory conditions using high quality materials. Constructed in at least the same - if not higher - standards such as conventionally built facilities. The buildings are made in single modules. In the final assembly onsite put together in a whole they reflect the same construction design and specifications of the traditionally demanding built plants - without compromise. ADK Hybrid module construction is once assembled indistinguishable from onsite (construction site) used construction systems.

Equipment The ADK Hybrid Module manufacturing provides with the latest technology fully equipped module spaces for all hygienically sensitive sectors in hospitals and laboratories. This construction system ensures maximum comfort and safety in the medical field. All structural components are designed with the required radiation, noise and fire protection.

Construction Time Coinciding with the foundation at the construction site the production of modular buildings can be carried out in the factory. In combination with the industrial prefabrication under constant conditions about 50 to 60 percent faster implementation compared to conventional construction methods can be achieved. Modular buildings are completed earlier, occupied sooner and allow a faster Return On Investment.
