BASF WÜRZBURG: EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING IN MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
An additional floor as office extension for more space and an extension with a new entrance and reception area was built in modular construction in Würzburg. The project has a total floor area of 182 m² consisting of 9 modules.
The placing of the modules in Würzburg starts at the 29th June 2019.
In the night of the 28th June 2019 the modules will be delivered to Würzburg with special trucks and stored outside of the factory premises till the placing starts at the 29th June 2019. The crane will be built up at Friday the 28th June so that the modules can be be placed at Saturday morning.
In calendar week 26 ADK places the anchors and lining plates on which the modules later will be set on. The plates get precisely adjusted in their height. The placing of the modules requires a lot of attention depending the connection to the consisting building due to the sensitive intersect and transition points. For example a link to the staircase need to be build and different technical building connections and a cistern need to be layed and relocated.
