145 DOUBLE BEDROOMS FOR RUSSIA

The first modular hotel in Russia was realized by ADK as a general contractor.

Spread over six floors, the modules have been combined into a total of 145 double rooms. With the ADK modular construction method, high construction standards were met, the costs were reduced and the construction time was reduced by 60%.

Due to the enormously high degree of prefabrication, the necessary installations and the complete furnishing of the rooms,
up to beds, curtains and more, the assembly of the 107 modules took place in the short time of three months.
