It is a two-storey flat roof building with a set back technical floor on the 1st floor with plaster facade on the flat roof. ADK provides the necessary connection services to the non-public and public utility networks.

The module construction has to be designed by the  ADK in such a way that the individual modules of the laboratory floor can be installed in the ground floor with a size of approx. 3.6 x 14.00 m axial dimension and the recessed technical floor as required of the user at a later date, technically separated, dismantled, and at a different location of Campus can be rebuilt as single modules or combined modules. This is possible with the Construction of the modules supporting structure, position of construction joints, etc. to be considered.

Use: Research and production for inorganic chemistry.

Scope of services: Module building on foundation provided by the customer, including complete laboratory equipment, technically very complex.
