After a draftsman teaching and studying architecture at the university in Stuttgart I have spent several years working in various architectural firms. For ADK I came by chance on a job posting. After the first few weeks for me was already clear that it is not at this company to a low-budget Container manufacturer, but a module manufacturer who accepts the challenge of the most demanding construction projects worldwide. That this leads to a very interesting and varied work environment, probably is obvious.
My greatest challenge:
Find solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
This is due to the complexity of construction projects usually no one-man show, but requires intensive dialogue with experts (internal and external). The greatest challenge for me personally but, with all the difficulties and tight deadlines, the people with whom I work, not to lose sight of.
Personal:
Large and difficult tasks (whether for business or pleasure) you can reach usually not alone, we need this friends or colleagues who have the same desire and the same goal in mind. If you look in this background what ADK has realized in recent years, one can only say: "... something have probably done right ...“
